I’ve visited the Sexton Pub multiple times since opening, but this is my first review. Truly the best pour of Guinness in town and a phenomenal spice bag and food menu. This pub was started through blood, sweat, tears, and personal credit scores of the owners, and it shows through the passion and care the ownership and employees show when you walk in. I’ve never had a bad experience. Come to the Sexton for a drink, lunch, dinner, late night bite, whatever. You won’t regret it.

Well let me tell you all something. When Tony B says to check something out, you check it out. Amazing, cozy Irish bar near the historic district. They cook in only beef tallow, real butter and avocado oil. The wings were an explosion in one's mouth. The crispy skin, and the flavors were simply one of the best I've ever had. Billy the bartender blew it out of the park this evening! Thank you for a wonderful experience and see you again Billy.

The food offerings are as close to an Irish pub as 1 should get, here in Savannah. A matter of fact, I met my wife here & we visit every so often. The house is haunted upstairs and can hear footsteps upstairs, when its closed off & down the stairs. Lots of good times had here!

Meet Theodore Penny, Savannah’s most impressive true-crime aficionado, as he reveals chilling (and fictional!) stories inspired by the city’s dark past. You’ve been invited… but you don’t have anything to hide, do you?

Our menu is available from open until 10 pm and our late night menu is available up until 30 mins until closing. Our kitchen focuses on high‑quality ingredients and thoughtfully prepared dishes that pair well with our beer, cocktails, and spirits.
